No-Show Policy: Failing to show up for your tour will result in your tickets being redeemed. Policy:

You are required cancel with a minimum of 2 full business days notice prior to the date of the scheduled tour for parties of 2. A minimum of 3 full business days notice is required for parties of 3 or more. Business Days are Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM PST to 5:30 PM PST. Cancellation request must be made by phone call to 888-400-7641 for Uncorked Tours or 800-548-9912 for Sunrise Balloons.

Refunds and Discounted Tickets:

Accepted cancellations will not mean a refund is automatically granted to the booking party. Refunds are dependent on the terms and conditions of the ticket purchased. Promotional priced tickets are considered non-refundable. Weather cancellations are not subject to refunds. 

If a customer cancels with at least the minimum required notice, their ticket would remain valid for a reschedule or is refundable for tickets purchased at full retail price only. Groupon purchases, Groupon price match and Promotional Pricing are excluded from refunds and only eligible for reschedule.

Notice outside of the Minimum Required Time:

If you elect to cancel your booking without the minimum required notice or No Call or No Show on the date of your event, 

your ticket (refundable or non-refundable) is considered redeemed.

Transferability:

You may transfer your tickets to another party as long as they are still valid and have not been redeemed per our Cancellation Policy. If your promotional expiration on your ticket has expired and your flight was cancelled due to weather, you may reschedule to our available space. We may elect to discount the value of your ticket against a future price should you need to reschedule far in advance.
